How the Figurelle Team of Cummings & Co. Realtors collects, uses, and protects the information you share on this site.
What this site collects
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect your first and last name and your email address. You can also choose to give us a phone number and a message. Some forms ask a few extra questions about what you are looking for, and we collect your answers.
If you give us a phone number and check the box to agree to texts, we also record that you agreed, the exact wording you saw, and the date and time.
We also note how you found us, such as a campaign link or the name of the website that sent you. We keep only the name of that website, not the full web address. Like any website, this site's host also keeps ordinary technical records, such as your browser type and IP address.
Who receives it
Your form details go to GoHighLevel, the system we use to keep track of inquiries and follow up with you. We also get an email alert when a form comes in. This site is hosted by Vercel, which handles the site's traffic and technical records.
The maps on this site are provided by Google. When a page with a map loads, your browser contacts Google, and Google may collect information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy.
At the time of writing, this site does not use advertising pixels or analytics tags, and it does not set cookies of its own. It saves your light or dark mode choice in your own browser, and keeps a few short notes, such as which campaign link brought you here, only until you close the tab.
How it is used
We use your information to reply to your inquiry and to follow up about buying or selling a home. We also send marketing emails, such as market updates and newsletters. Every marketing email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your information.
Calls and text messages
We send text messages only to people who checked the box to agree to them. By checking it, you agree to receive text messages from Cummings & Co. Realtors at the number you gave. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. If you give a phone number without agreeing to texts, we use it only to call you, never to text you.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it, at any time. We keep your information until you ask us to remove it. To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the link in any email we send, or contact us. To stop text messages, reply STOP.
